Our Policies


Arrival- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early  prior to your scheduled appoinmtent. If you arrive late, your treament will be modified as a common courtesy to our next client.

Cancellations-  In consideration to our therapists and other clients please call us 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. A $20 cancellation fee will be charged for no shows or appoinments cancelled 24 hours prior appoinments. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appoinment. A 48 -hour notice is required to cancel any group parties.


Gratuities-  Cash tips are greatly appreciated and left at your discretion. If pleased with your treatment, standard gratuities vary between 18-22% of your service.  


Your Health- Please let the therapist know if you are pregnant or have any health issues prior to your appoinment. If you are sick, please reschedule to another day. 


Valuables- Please leave all valuables at home as The Lounge and staff is not responsible for lost or damage items.


Cell phones and other electronic devices- In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you please turn off your cell phone before entering The Lounge. This is your time to unwind and relax! 


Dress- For most massage treatments, it is customary to completely undress. Please, undress to your comfort level. You will be properly draped at all times during your treatment.


We are a small business and sometimes we are all in treatments at the same time.  Please feel free to leave a message.  We will call you or message you as soon as we can.
